Comunque in un altra discussione è stata riportata la risposta del supporto :
Make sure you use the same browser language in the Web CEO Ranking Checker and your browser. Set using the IE cookies for your Web CEO:
To find the language Web CEO uses, go to the File menu -> Settings -> the SE Requests tab -> Connection.
Check the Browser language option: make sure that it matches the real browser language. Checkmark the box "Use IE cookies and language settings..." at the bottom of the settings window.
If you use Internet Explorer 6.0, then in order to find out its language check the 'General' tab of 'Internet Options' (Tools -> Internet Options -> General tab -> Languages).
If you use Mozilla Firefox, go to Tools -> Options -> Content tab -> Languages -> press 'Choose'.
Clear cache and cookies in your Web CEO and the browser:
Web CEO: open 'File' -> 'Settings' -> go to the 'SE Requests' tab -> click 'Cache'. Press the 'Clear cache' button.
Internet Explorer: open the 'Tools' menu -> Internet Options -> press 'Delete Cookies'.
If your default browser is different from IE, please clear cookies there, too. For example, in Mozilla Firefox you should go to Tools -> Options -> Privacy -> Private data -> press 'Clear now'.
Remove the proxy server (if you use any). Browse File -> Settings -> 'SE Requests' tab -> Connection tab, make sure that the "Use proxy servers while querying search engines" option is unchecked.
Enable the option to use IE cookies in Web CEO: File -> Settings -> the SE Requests tab -> Connection -> checkmark the 'Use IE cookies and language settings when requesting search engines' option.
After you do all that, please re-run the ranking report, the results should coincide with what you see in the browser.
