Google has been showing some ads in a local panel listing for years now, even sometimes showing a local listing with a competitors ad smack on top of it. But Ben Fisher said he has spotted, for the first time, an ad on a lawyer's local listing in the Google search result.

Ben posted on Twitter saying he saw "A lawyer ad on a lawyer profile. We saw this before with an auto dealer, but I confirmed with my colleagues that this may be new for lawyers. It is interesting that they would bid on their own GMB profile."

Comunque Schwartz è pericoloso, spara un sacco di cose vecchie e altre non capisce e altre ancora enfatizza.

Sono test continui che Google fa, per cercare il giusto modo di monetizzare.

Questa ads nella fattispecie è nuova, ma aveva già tentato in passato di fare ads verticali su delle categorie.

Si Barry Schwartz mette troppe notizie con pochi approfondimenti, ogni tanto salta, quando vai veloce, mi ricordo quando Enrico altavilla lo critico ad un tuo evento qualche anno fa.

Da un po' di tempo io dico che la Local è LOCAL, e ci sono cose che sono valide solo in alcuni paesi.
Il mondo degli avvocati in USA è completamente differente da quello Italiano.
Qui ci sono gli ordini che rompono le scatole se fai ads così...
