Io mi trovo nell'esatta posizione di webmaster70, forse l'unica piccola differenza è che ho la partita iva con regime dei minimi per cui, ricapitolando:

• Lascio l'account come persona fisica
• Il bonifico arriva sul mio conto (intestato a me medesimo)
• faccio fattura (che in realtà non spediró mai a google) e poi dichiaro il tutto l'anno successivo con il 730. Ma nella fattura, avendo il regime dei minimi e quindi non applicando l'aliquota iva, ma soltanto il 4% rivalsa contributi previdenziali e il -20% imposta che versa il cliente per me (in questo caso sarebbe google) come dovrei comportarmi?
  Per chiarezza faccio un esempio di come il commercialista mi ha fatto il modello di fattura:

importo per xxx ................100,00
rivalsa 4% ..........................4,00
totale 104,00
meno rit. acconto -20%........20,80 (questa la versa il cliente)
totale da corrispondere.........83,20

Lui, quando gli arriva, emette fattura, la deve fare senza iva perché proveniente dall'estero.

Ad esempio io sono una ditta individuale iscritta alla camera del commercio, e all'inps quindi come commerciante che ha un minimale di contributi obbligatorio.

Se sei contribuente minimo (ancora per poco perché uno degli ultimi regali di Berlusconi è stato che durano a tempo determinato) non gestisci IVA.
Pertanto se ti paga un provider italiano devi fatturare senza iva. Mettiamo che hai maturato 100 euro devi fatturare 100 e non 121.
Devi avvisare il tuo provider perché è grave fiscalmente farsi pagare anche l'IVA che poi tu non verserai.
