    Visita da Black-Hole

    In questo periodo i miei nuovi siti stanno subendo pesanti perdite in termini di pagine indicizzate e questo mi porta a stare sempre all'erta per captare eventuali segnali.
    Tra i miei visitatori ho trovato questo che, vuoi per l'IP particolare (10.0.0.0) che per il nome del server, non mi ispira nessuna fiducia,
    sapete dirmi chi o cosa è ???

    In effetti come nome potevano sceglierne uno più rassicurante.

    Comunque non preoccuparti. BlackHole è un server di IANA.ORG, l'organismo che vigila sul sistema degli indirizzi numerici di internet (IP)

    http://www.iana.org/

    Se ricevi una visita sporadica di questo server è normale.
    Se invece verifichi che ti visita ripetutamente, come se fosse un attacco di un hacker (tipo Dos o simili), è perchè probabilmente il tuo hoster ha configurato male i Dns.
    Ma è un'eventualità abbastanza rara.

    guarda che è impossibile.... 10.0.0.0 è un indirizzo di rete privata

    nessuno può andare su internet con quell'IP, benchè meno un webserver può registrare una visita da un ip privato (a meno che non sei dentro a una rete LAN, ovvio)

    potrebbe essere una visita da parte del personale dell'hoster, o del datacenter, o un agente automatico che controlla periodicamente se i siti sono su (in ufficio ne abbiamo uno chiamato BigBrother)

    stiamo dicendo la stessa cosa 🙂

    io dico (aggiungo) che se vedi visite da IP privati, puoi e devi star certo che NON possono provenire da internet, ma solo da rete interna (o al massimo VPN). tutto qui 🙂

    Sono coscienti (lo scrivono nelle loro FAQ) che il nome attribuito ai server genera preoccupazione tra i webmasters.
    Ma allora sono proprio dei ...
