Salve a tutti, non so se questa è la sezione corretta, ma non avrei saputo dove postare.

Ho un portale, all'interno del quale vengono proposti dei profili aziendali e i prodotti.
La socia/addetto marketing, mi ha chiesto di sviluppare un tool per la creazione automatica di report da mandare alle aziende, riguardanti le statistiche per gli url relativi ai vari profili.
Lato tecnico, ho già risolto con le API.
Mi è stato segnalato, però, che "forse" è una pratica non consentita ed è stato portato alla mia attenzione il seguente link developers.google.com/terms/ :

Unless expressly permitted by the content owner or by applicable law, you agree that you will not, and will not permit your end users to, do the following with content returned from the APIs:

Scrape, build  databases or otherwise create permanent copies of such content, or keep  cached copies longer than permitted by the cache header;
Copy,  translate, modify, create a derivative work of, sell, lease, lend,  convey, distribute, publicly display or sublicense to any third party;
Misrepresent the source or ownership; or
 Remove, obscure, or alter any copyright, trademark or other proprietary  rights notices, falsify or delete any author attributions, legal  notices or other labels of the origin or source of material.

Ora, a me sembra che quanto sopra non riguardi le statistiche analytics, ma magari è colpa del mio Inglese :D.

Creare dei report, stamparli, salvarli etc con statistiche prese da Analytics è pratica comune e consentita?
Qualcuno ha già affrontato la questione?
