io ho gia' reagito.
e' per questo che ho deciso di smettere di sprecare energie e tempo come ho fatto sinora, perche' tutto il mio sforzo non porta a niente.
si e' mosso qualcosa solo quando e' stato toccato l'interesse di qualcuno che ha qualche aggancio, ma finche' il mio sito e' stato l'unico in italia non fregava a nessuno.

quindi non vedo perche' dovrei stare a sprecare energie, incazzandomi, venendo a postare qui o altrove, dove vedo toni molto smorzati, teorie del "volemose bene", "si ma vedrai che si sistema" o webmaster che si mettono a 90 gradi pur di strare con il piu' forte, etc, etc.

loro si fanno le regole, loro decidono chi le deve rispettare e tra un po', quando adult-adworz sara' partito, decideranno anche chi potra' e chi non potra' lavorare.

nelle linee guida hanno piazzato anche il badware ora.
in compenso, dopo l'ennesima mail dove dico che ho eliminato il badware e fatto il meglio che potevo per eliminare anche i siti che hanno badware, il mio domain e' apparso nella lista su stopbd dove io non lo avevo mai visto.

inoltre a me non arrivano nemmeno piu' le mail preconfezionate di risposta.

sinceramente non ho piu' nemmeno la forza di reagire.

ma cosa pensi si possa fare se non ti permettono nemmeno di postare sul NG per chiedere delucidazioni.
ogni volta che fai una mail leggono il sender e ti sbattono in coda e non ricevi mai una risposta.
tutto e' preconfezionato.

se provi a scrivere a un quotidiano on-line secondo me come vedono adult se la fanno sotto. o ancora peggio trovi il censore anti-tutto che per "principio" magari ti risponde roba tipo: "se ti hanno messo quella pagina ci sara' una ragione"...

vediamo che fregnaccia avranno alla prossima risposta il mese prossimo, io ormai gli appelli da 10gg me li sono giocati tutti.

si ok ogni volta hanno trovato delle irregolarita'.

pero' ad esempio io non ho ancora capito se dialer=malware SEMPRE, oppure ci sono delle differenze tra un prodotto e un altro.

e ancora: quali sono veramente i prodotti malware ? c'e' una lista ?
perche' i siti inseriti sul sito non sono gli stessi che hanno la pagina interstitial ?
e perche' caprediem.fr sta in blacklist su stopbd mentre gugol lista bellamente siti che hanno quel dialer negli spazi sponsorizzati ?

questi personaggi cancellano i miei post dal loro NG dove io chiedo delucidazioni e gli faccio delle domande specifiche, come posso aspettarmi di essere trattato in modo professionale e imparziale ?

Ho provato a scrivere anche in altre board, ma pare che siano tutti troppo restii a dire qualcosa.
Probabilmente pensano che stando zitti il delatore next door non possa fare loro alcuno scherzo.

La mia situazione e' a dir poco kafkiana.

Il mio sito, piu' volte citato, che quindi non nomino, e' stato preso sotto l'ala protettrice di gugol e stopbd. alla fine di luglio.
Al mio rientro dalle ferie ho trovato la sorpresa.
Cerco di capire che cavolo sta succedendo, cosi' decido di scrivere a questi tizi di stopbd.

come risposta mi viene detto che ho del badware sul mio sito e che per questo motivo hanno messo quella pagina di segnalazione su gugol.
bene, gia' i dialer per me sono sempre stati una forzatura, a questo punto sono obbligato e decido di levarli per sempre. cosi' avro' traffico buono dai SEs e probabilmente le mie affiliazioni con CC renderanno di piu', da allora il buio totale, il rischio di dovere prendere in considerazione seriamente di chiudere e mandare a casa dipendente e collaboratori (ormai manca poco), senza dimenticare le prese in giro da parte di questi signori. eccovi i testi:

dialer. This porn dialer adds a number of websites to the user's list
of "trusted sites" -- including www..net,
www..it, and www.***.com. We consider this to be

Your site links to numerous websites that use brower exploits or attempt to silently install Trojan horses and dialers (for example, L***.it (http://www.l***i.it/), one of the sites that you link to via an ad, attempts to silently install an ActiveX control that is bundled with a dialer). Until you exercise enough quality control over the sites you choose to link to that users will not be infected by badware if they click a link on your site, we cannot label your site as clean.

my business has dropped dramatically since you placed that warning page, that now has no reason to exist, because
there is no badware on my domain: pornoitalia.it

we are now sponsoring a brand new product that users can install and has payment systems embedded.

you visited my site, you found something wrong, please write me what is wrong and I can remove links you don't like.
I really don't know where to search for what you don't like.

By the way, you should know that on google, when searching for -porno gratuiti- a sponsored ad appears pointing to a
site called http://fy.com.
when you close the landing page, a pop-up appears telling you have badware on your computer, to press "OK" to scan
your disk, while another page opens in the back offering to purchase a software to remove badware.
Again on google, searching for -sesso gratis- show in the right side a link to www.u.com that redirects to
s***s.com and wherever you click a dialer is ready to be downloaded.
Is this compliant with your policy, or google is the only one that can link to sites that install badware ?
I think that if I keep searching I'll found tons of badware linked from google.

Second, you know that someone spammed your blog featuring his adult sites using the trackback ? is this compliant
with stopbadware policy ?

As soon as I find you removed the spam from your site I'll now that you received this email.

Io ho rimosso i dialer 3 mesi fa.
Ho fatto pulizia nella mia lista di siti eliminando quelli che mi parevano siti non conformi alle mie guidelines (pop-up, dialer sparati infaccia all'ingresso) e alle guidelines di stopbd. Alcuni mi hanno ignorato, altri hanno eliminato i dialer. Ma questo cmq non mi mettera' sicuramente al riparo da nuove ritorsioni da parte di gugol ne' mi mettera' al riparo da nuove delazioni.

D'altra parte da chi denuncia alle autorita' cinesi dei dissidenti non ci si puo' certo aspettare compresione.

Come ho letto da qualche parte, loro rispondono solo ai loro azionisti, quindi: eliminare la concorrenza fa aumentare i guadagni sulle vendite degli spazi pubblicitari.

E' quello che sta avvenendo.
Cercate "porno" e vedrete cosa salta fuori:
