vorrei un parere legale su una questione sorta nel mio forum che non sto a citare:D
Dunque un mio collaboratore ha creato una galleria di copertine di film ...ora a me e' sorto il dubbio che non sia proprio regolarissima come cosa in quanto sono immagini coperte dal diritto d'autore giusto?
o si possono mettere ?
altra domanda se fossero poster del film ..io credo uguale ...
spero in una risposta decisa visto che l'argomento e' contorto quanto il nostro paese !

Il problema pratico (e credo possa aiutare) e che quando ti colleghi alla pagina del forum, automaticamente ti invia al link /forum/install/install.php
che ho cancellato...

elimina il db esistente e ne crei uno nuovo
lanci l'installazione del forum con l'install
quando hai installato il forum elimini il db
ne ricrei uno nuovo e reinstalli il tuo backup !

Esiste la possibilita di rendere un mod dello stesso colore dei mod e non farlo apparire nella lista dei mod che operano in quella determinata sezione...insomma con i poteri ma con lo stesso aspetto di un normale utente ...
