Problema per importare un backup di un DB

Ciao ragazzi, ho un problema da risolvere urgentemente. Ho avuto dei problemi con il sito e quindi ho provato ad importare il backup del database che effettuo giornalmente tramite LazyBackup, ma non riesco nell'operazione, caricando il db mi da il seguente errore:

Internal Server Error

si riesce ad importare tutta la struttura del database, ma le tabelle sono praticamente vuote, aprendo il sito gli articoli ci sono tutti, ma la maggior parte sono completamente vuoti mentre in alcuni casi ci sono al massimo le prime 10 parole.

Cosa posso fare per risolvere il problema? ho provato anche a dividere il database, sebbene zippato sia solo 1,5 Mb, ma ho hottenuto lo stesso risultato.

Risolto. Dopo mille tentativi, ho utilizzato uno script meraviglioso che si chiama bigdump e lo trovate qui ozerov.de/bigdump.php , serve appunto per caricare database di grosse dimensioni.
