Ciao a tutti dovrei fare un url rewriting + redirect da esempio.com/home.php a esempio.com/home

Ho provato questo codice:

Options -Multiviews
Options +FollowSymlinks
RewriteEngine on
RewriteRule ^home$ home.php [R=301,L]

ma mi dà questo errore:

Not Found

Attualmente il sito è hostato su godaddy.
Qualcuno mi aiuta che sto uscendo pazzo ?
