Video youtube su sito, come non rischiare?

Ciao a tutti,

su un sito con adsense costruito su google sites ho intenzione di inserire una sezione esclusiva dove vengono incorporati video di youtube (c'è anche un opzione apposita).

Da quanto letto in giro sembra che google non ostacoli questa cosa:

We don't want to discourage you from putting the occasional YouTube video in your blog to comment on it or show your readers a video that you like, even if you have general-purpose ads somewhere on your blog. We will, however, enforce our Terms of Use against, say, a website that does nothing more than aggregate a bunch of embedded YouTube videos and intentionally tries to generate ad revenue from them

ma come si può evitare di esagerare?
Ogni video avrà un commento tra le 5/10 righe e ho intenzione di inserire 1 solo banner per articolo.

avete qualche consiglio da darmi?
