Problema versione 2.9.1

Salve.
Ho fatto l'aggiornamento automatico alla versione 2.9.1 ed ho php4.

Quando tento di abilitare il plugin Sidebar login mi dice

e andando sulla index il plugin risulta attivo ma dice

probabile ci sia un output che non dovrebbe esserci
