Problema con configurazione .htaccess e sef404

Ciao a tutti.

Devo riscrivere le url di un sito quindi ho installato sef404 e configurato .htaccess ma mi compare "Internal server error 500", di conseguenza non posso nemmeno entrare nel sito.

Il sito si trova nella directory "/httpdocs" e .htaccess è nella stessa directory.

Ho abilitato le tre funzioni sef, sef_rewrite, sef_suffix che si trovano nella configurazione seo (configurazione globale) ma niente da fare.
Non ne do fuori.

Il file .htacces è corretto?
Cosa può essere?
