    adattare template dreamweaver a tema wordpress

    Ciao a tutti,
    potreste aiutarmi ad adattare il template che uso per il sito, facendolo diventare un tema per wordpress ?
    Graficamente ci sono riuscita.. ho palesemente pasticiato con il codice però, addirttura il w3c n me lo iresce nemmeno a leggere.

    questo articolo, ma francamente il punto 6 ha qualcosa di incomprensibile per me....
    Qualche anima pia si può prendere cura di me ?
    Non so più dove sbattere la testa.

    Ciao, presumo tu sia confusa dal codice php, probabilmente il tuo sito era statico. Se vuoi capire tutto ti consiglio un'ottima guida su come creare un template con Wordpress:

    la guida è un po' lunga ma spiega veramente ogni cosa passo passo. ne vale la pena, spero di sia di aiuto se hai problemi fammi sapere. ciao

    grazie, ma per quanto legga il problema resta essenzialmente lo stesso anche costruendo il template da zero con questa guida, non convalida il codice appena edito l'index, mi da sempre lo stesso tipo di errore :

Please check both the content of the file and the character encoding indication.

    The error was: utf8 "\xBB" does not map to Unicode

    in buona sostanza nemmeno ce l'avevo la riga 181 ...
    Cmq alla fine ho spudoratamente barato per adattare il template, nn so se vorrete seguire le mie orme, anche perchè non generano codice valido, ma ...
    Ho risolto così :
    Ho creato un nuovo file a partire dal modello, non aggiornandolo però, sennò pasticciava.
    Ho incollato lì il codice php dell'index, e quello dell'header, e ho disabilitato la funzione get header.. in modo da non richiamarla ancora.
    Poi ho incollato tutto su blocconote, codficandolo utf8 ( l'errore che segnalava prima ), e ho salvato come index.php
    Per limitare il numero degli errori ho segnato html 4.0 piuttosto che xhtml .. perchè il mio modello era già validato così, adesso ho limitato gli errori a 7 piuttosto che 380 .. 😮
    Col css ho sistemato il resto, e sembra che funzioni pure il menù laterale , che nel sito statico era attivato da un java script.
    Purtroppo gli errori che mi da riguardano ancora il tag head e body.. altri sembrerebbero risiedere nel sorgente esterno al tema...
    Che suggerite ?

    Vorrei chiedere un'altra cosa, come posso fare in modo che si apra in un popup sia l'atricolo da leggere che la pagina dei commenti ?
    In questo modo eviterei di skinnare tutto ..
