Errore 500 server con Linx

Ciao,
ho installato il componente Linx per effettuare scambio link, ma quando ne inserisco un link mi dà 500 internal server error.

Il sito è realizzato su Joomla! 1.0.12 Stable mentre la versione di Linx è 1.0b, quella che si scarica da: http://www.notwebdesign.com/downloads/linx/index.html

Provare per credere:

provate ad inserire un qualsiasi link e mettere come URL reciproco questo
(così non vi faccio perdere troppo tempo)

ci sono altri componenti per lo scambio link che danno meno problemi?

Sembrerebbe un problema di configurazione dell'host, non dipende da joomla o dal componente, almeno .... così pare.
Qui sotto riporto quanto ho trovato in merito.

  	**HTTP Error 500 - Internal server error**

   		  		    			 **Introduction**

			This is a 'catch-all' error generated by your Web server. In addition to the 500 				  error notified back to the client, the Web server should generate some kind of 				  internal error log which gives more details of what went wrong. Parse this data stream for status codes and other useful information. This error occurs in the final step above when the client receives an HTTP status code that it recognises as '500'.

Ho fatto una richiesta al forum che aveva realizzato il componente e mi hanno risolto il problema. Scaricate la nuova versione di Linx per lo scambio link.

L'ho testato e mi sembra ben realizzato.
