gli ho dato un occhiata con firebug
son dentro dei <td> quindi non puoi usare <br />
non puoi neppure chiudere la riga con </tr> e riaprirla
devi chiudere la tabella e farne una nuovaper spezzare le prime due righe infatti vbulletin fa così (in alternativa puoi giocare col colspan)

hai aperto un tr dentro un altro tr e non si fa
potresti avere seri problemi di visualizzazione con alcuni browserchiudi e riapri la tabella

Non avevo attivato il WYSIWYNG sull'altro account che uso per le prove
Su IE si vede
