da xp a windows 7, export/import email da un outlook

buonasera a tutti
mi sto apprestando a formattare il pc dove ho xp installato per mettere windows 7 e volevo sapere se e' possibile fare il backup sia delle caselle di posta che tutti i messaggi che ho salvato nel mio outlook.
