Funzione get_permalink per file esterno php

Salve raga, per il mio forum vbulletin, dal database ho estrapolato le ultime X news da mettere in bella vista nel forum, ho incluso il tutto e funziona, ma gli url non sono riscritti per niente.

Ora sò della funzione get_permalink di wordpress, ma come si utilizza e come la inserisco nel mio codice?
