ehmm, non sono molto esperta, come faccio a sapere cosa uso?

Ho un server su OVH che gestisce diverse caselle email.
Da queste caselle sono in grado di inviare messaggi ma non di riceverli.
Quando provo a inviare un'email a una di queste caselle mi arriva un'email con questo testo:

Delivery to the following recipient failed permanently:

email cliente

Technical details of permanent failure:
Google tried to deliver your message, but it was rejected by the server for the recipient domain "cliente" by "server" [213.186.33.32].

The error that the other server returned was:
550 sorry, no mailbox here by that name [mail225] (#5.1.1)

Nel pannello di ISPconfig ho trovato questo errore:

Mail-Error - Log

Unable to read /var/log/mail.err

Cosa devo fare per far funzionare di nuovo le email?

Vi prego aiutatemi perché il mio collega che si occupa di questo non c'è e il cliente si lamenta non ricevendo email da martedì...
