Restarting the printer spooler service will resolve the Canon Printer Offline problem.
To begin, type Service into the start menu's search box and then pick Services (desktop program) from the list of options. Additionally, restart the print spooler by right-clicking it and selecting Restart.
(If the Restart option is grayed out, choose Start.)
Further, right-click the Print Spooler and pick Properties this time. It should also be set to automatic startup. To save your changes, hit Ok. Lastly, restart your computer and print.
