I had the pleasure of visiting the Singapore Airlines Sydney Office with two of my close friends to arrange our forthcoming travel to Europe. Right from the time we stepped in, the staff made us feel thoroughly welcome. The reception desk was spotless, and the atmosphere echoed the stringent standards the airline is famed for. Most impressive was the professionalism and patience of the staff member who helped us—her name was Michelle, and she exceeded expectations. She explained to us several flight options, factored in our desired layovers, and even recommended the optimal seats for legroom based on our height. She did not attempt to upsell anything but instead worked on what was best for us.
