       **3. Pricing and Payments**.

In order           to charge a fee for your Products, **you must have a valid Payment Account under a separate           agreement with a Payment Processor**. If you already have a Payment Account with a Payment           Processor before signing up for the Market, then the terms of this Agreement shall           supersede your Payment Account terms and condition for Products sold via the Market.         
                You may set the price for your Products in the currencies permitted by the Payment           Processor. The Market may display to users the price of Products in their native           currency, but it is not responsible for the accuracy of currency rates or conversion         
                3.2 **The price you set for Products will determine the amount of payment you will receive.           A Transaction Fee, as defined below, will be charged on the sales price and apportioned           to the Payment Processor and, if one exists, the Authorized Carrier. The remainder (sales           price less Transaction Fee) will be remitted to you.** The "Transaction Fee" is set forth           at [link] and may be revised by Google from time to time. Developer is responsible for determining           if a Product is taxable and the applicable tax rate for the Payment Processor to collect           for each taxing jurisdiction where Products are sold. **Developer is responsible for           remitting taxes to the appropriate taxing authority.         **
                3.3 You may also choose to distribute Products for free. If the Product is free, you will           not be charged a Transaction Fee. You may not collect future charges from users for           copies of the Products that those users were initially allowed to download for free. This           is not intended to prevent distribution of free trial versions of the Product with an           "upsell" option to obtain the full version of the Product: Such free trials for Products           are encouraged. However, if you want to collect fees after the free trial expires, you           must collect all fees for the full version of the Product through the Payment Processor           on the Market. In this Agreement, "free" means there are no charges or fees of any kind           for use of the Product. All fees received by Developers for Products distributed via the           Market must be processed by the Market's Payment Processor.

La "Transaction Fee" è il 30% del prezzo su copia.

Ciao ragazzi. Ho fatto prima una ricerca e ma non sono riuscito a trovare nulla di inerente quindi se per caso avete qualche link per info aggiuntive vi prego di inserirli.

Il problema è il seguente: siamo un gruppo di studenti universitari (4 persone). Dobbiamo realizzare un progetto per un esame, tale progetto è però un'applicazione android che non ci dispiacerebbe mettere in vendita sull'android market.
Il punto è che non abbiamo intenzione di aprire un'azienda o altro. E' una collaborazione per questo singolo progetto.

Quello che vorremmo noi fare è mettere in vendita ogni copia ad un euro ed interfacciare il tutto con account paypal (o simili).

La domanda è: come bisognerebbe inquadrarsi fiscalmente per non avere problemi? Bisogna per forza che uno di noi apra partita iva?

Il punto è che non sappiamo neanche se ci guadagneremo qualcosa, quindi doversi mettere a riempire tutte le scartoffie prima di sapere se ne vale la pena non è il massimo.

PS: spero di aver beccato la sezione giusta, in fin dei conti è vendita di un applicazione su un market elettronico.

uhm...ho la 2.0.0.12 ma è aggiornata alla 2.0.0.12, questo piccì non lo formatto da un anno, ed inizialmente adblock plus lo mettevano di default.
Magari han cambiato la politica a casa Mozilla ultimamente.

Cmq in generale che si può fare per ovviare al problema AdBlock?
Anch'io odio mille pubblicità dentro una pagina, però la pubblicità permette di far sopravvivere i siti quindi un pò ce ne vuole, no?

Io all'inizio mi ero fatto uno script in javascript che riconosceva se Adblock era installato e oscurava il sito spiegando il perché, poi però mi è sembrata una politica troppo esagerata e l'ho tolto. Ma altri modi non me ne vengono in mente...

AdBlock Plus viene installato di default insieme a Firefox, te lo posso assicurare.
E la cosa ancora più snervante è che mentre AdBlock non partiva di default con i blocchi ma lasciava a te scegliere cosa bloccare (quindi potevi scegliere quale pubblicità ritenere invasiva), con ADP è tutto bloccato all'inizio, compreso Adsense.

Salve, ho un problema e vorrei chiedervi un parere.
Io ho un blog che parla di informatica in generale, soprattutto linux e programmazione.
Il blog è in inglese, quindi anche se ci lavoro da solo e non lo tengo aggiornato quotidianamente, la presenza di molti tutorial fa sì che le visite non siano poche.
Controllando con Analytics vien fuori che la maggior parte degli utenti che visitano il mio blog usino firefox.
Volevo iniziare ad usare google adsense per generare qualche entrata, giusto per recuperare le spese dell'hosting però avendo l'80% di visite via firefox, e sapendo che firefox ha di base adblock...che faccio?
C'è un modo per risolvere questo problema?
