Located in Venezuela, the Air Canada Maiquetía Office services passengers traveling from and within Western Venezuela. The staff helps with booking and flight-related inquiries. The staff works in conjunction with Air Canada to provide services such as baggage allowance, check-in, and seat selection. Passengers are permitted to change their itinerary and/or flight date, based on the flexibility of their ticket. Other services may also be available, based on ticket restrictions, such as travel with special needs or requirements. There are many online services available that allow passengers to manage their booking and flight itinerary. Passengers are encouraged to use Air Canada’s online services to check in online and select their seat, to lessen the need to visit the office. Passengers should contact the office directly to verify services. The services available at the Maiquetía Office may differ from services available at other Air Canada offices.
