    HELP DESK - INFORMATION SPECIALIST I

    Description
    Provide IS Help-Desk first line support. Troubleshoot problems via phone, determine call routing to second level support. Provide standard call management practices, track resolution, enter data into call handling system.

    Experience
    Perform basic PC/printer set-up and troubleshooting. Configure PCs with standard software, provide on-site support. Assist with system upgrades and moves.
    Assist other IS groups with day-to-day operational support activities. Configure laptops using standard hardware/software configuration.

    Medium level of English, written and oral, is required.
