Ie7 non mi visualizza il css

Ciao a tutti,
ho un sito con la home strutturata a 3 colonne, mentre il resto delle pagine sono a 2 colonne. Il file css è lo stesso per tutte e due le strutture.
Con firefox e safari tutto ok, mentre con Internet Explorer quando vado nell'home page non mi carica il file css (mentre con le altre pagine tutto ok).

Non capisco proprio perchè non lo carica, il collegamento è giusto (altrimenti non si vedrebbe neanche con Firefox).

Credo dipenda dal fatto che non hai chiuso il metatag description.

e dovrebbe andare.
