    Apple potrebbe essere multata 6 milioni di euro dal Garante Privacy Francese

    Per la serie "Predico bene e razzolo male"....

    I carissimi paladini della #Privacy di #Apple vedono la Privacy più come un'arma per combattere e annientare la competizione piuttosto che un qualcosa da proteggere per il rispetto degli utenti. Come spesso capita il marketing orientato alla privacy rimane di fatto solo un modo per vendere qualcosa...così come è successo a Brave con i link di affiliazione automatici ecco un altro caso di "untrustable claim".

    Fidarsi è bene...non fidarsi è meglio...soprattutto se big tech promettono che la vostra privacy è importante. Drizzate le orecchie.

    France Digitale argued then that while iPhone owners were asked under iOS 14 whether they were ready to allow installed mobile apps to gather a key identifier used to define campaign ads and send targeted ads, default settings allowed Apple to carry its own targeted ad campaigns without clearly asking iPhone users for their prior consent.

    Ciao @juanin .. ma sta cosa della "privacy" non finirà più... le Big Tech vivono su questo.. quello che vorrei fosse compreso che puoi mettere infiniti "accetta" ma alla fine è come quando uno firma per la tesserina del supermercato.... accetta, accetta, accetta....

    In compenso la UX ne risente...

    Nessuno da aggratis (beh Apple magari anche nulla) per niente. Quello che dico è che qualche anno fa ti compravi il "TomTom" ed oggi vai in giro con Google Maps... perché pagare...

    Sarà la mia serata "no"...

    @mirkomassarutto ma ovvio che non finirà più...perché alla fine l'utenza non gliene frega una fava della privacy. Vuole la roba gratis. E se vuoi la roba gratis una contropartita ci deve essere.
