Customized photo gifts.. any ideas?

[h=1]I want to give my Best Friend an awesome gift for birthday and I would like it to have a photo of us on it. I looked at all the Personalized Pop
Art Portraits, but they are all over 60 dollars (that's the spending limit we gave each other) Is there any other fun and original things I can do with our photo for 60 dollars? I found the amoyshare.com collage maker $29.95. How about it ?
