    The ideal candidate has 2 years experience in the online sector as well as a strong understanding of Online Marketing, will know how to get business done and sees the big picture.
    Candidates should be highly motivated, dependable, and have a desire to take ownership of their duties to help the company grow and succeed. As Junior Online Marketingt Manager you will serve as the lead project manager for development and execution of all online business initiatives; along with customer service and account management.

    Requirements Qualifications:

    • 2 years management experience in Online Marketing
    • ability to interface with business as well as IT/technical teams.
    • Strong interpersonal skills / team player and demonstrated ability to work with various teams harmoniously while keeping projects on time and on budget.
    • Manages with a diplomatic but results-oriented management style
    • Understanding of online marketing, affiliate marketing, paid search, organic search and marketing analysis.
    • Possesses strong analytical ability coupled with creative problem solving skills
    • Passion for the web and the new technology
    • Can communicate clearly and effectively with subordinates and Executive Management
    • BA/BS preferred
    • Fluent in English and Italian

    Essential Job Functions include:

    • Work with executive management on all online website marketing initiatives
    • Execute web site statistics preparation, analysis, and evaluation.
    • Manage online marketing campaigns
    • Account management with clients and partners
