000WebHost da quanto ho sentito dire è buono.
Chiaramente se sei poco esperto non mi pare ottimo andare da provider stranieri coi quali potresti avere dei problemi a comunicare.
Oltre a questo se devi ospitare un blog con wordpress che ha poche visite è più che buono il piano che hai riportato.
