    dubbio shared - vps problema joomla

    Ciao,
    mi trovo in una situazione di stallo...
    Da quando il mio provider ha aggiornato degli script per gestire la banda,il mio joomla 1.5 ha un ritardo di circa 45 secondi per caricare la homepage dopodichè funziona regolarmente in navigazione. Mi hanno detto che è un problema di cache per cui abbiamo fatto tutte le prove del caso su jomla ma senza successo.
    La loro ultima risposta è stata di passare ad un piano VPS. Cosa fareste se foste nei miei panni? Trasferire su uno shared di un altro provider o sborsare circa 400eur all'anno?

    Tu conosci i consumi del tuo sito? Traffico e banda? Inoltre la gestione VPS chi te la farebbe? Loro o devi farla tu?

    Questi sono i dati di ieri,per quanto riguarda la gestione del VPS non ho nessuno che la fa a parte me...:?

    Comunque dopo che ho visto la loro risposta mi sa che non è fattibile..un livello 4 o 5 sarebbe già quasi 1000 eur all'anno

    Scusami e con solo 10GiB di traffico mese il tuo hoster ti propone un VPS? A meno che tu non abbia creato un sito mattone ... non credo che per 10gib di traffico occorra un server VPS ... ma ripeto, non so come sia fatto il tuo sito e i consumi che possa avere, ma sino adesso non ho mai visto siti da 10gib al mese che necessitano di un VPS.
