File .jsp ed errore connessione al server MySql

Buongiorno a tutti.

Mi è stato affidato qualche giorno fa il rinnovo di un sito web e stavo cercando di recuperare alcune informazioni/dati del lavoro precedente.

Mi è stato riferito che il sito precedente ha funzionato finchè non è stato aggiorato il server in cui è hostato; sono riuscito tranquillamente ad effettuare un backup dei file e del database ma io ed il mio cliente vorremmo capire come mai da un preciso momento in poi il sito non ha più funzionato. Ecco tutti i dati che sono riuscito a recuperare, ma siccome era tutto realizzato in .jsp non so se magari c'è qualche incongruenza o parametro incompatibile:

1. file presenti sul server .jsp
2. SO server Linux 2.6.26-2-amd64
3. MySQL - 5.0.51a-24+lenny3
4. phpMyAdmin - 2.8.2.4
5. tabelle tipo InnoDb
