Errore htaccess

Ciao ragazzi, ho copiato la copia del backup del mio sito in locale, solo che usando wampserver ho inserito il file .htaccess ma quando lo vado ad inserire il sito mi da questo errore

Stò parlando solo in locale perchè on-line funziona tutto perfettamente..

Verifica che la riga del file di configurazione che abilita il mod-rewrite non sia commentata.
