configurare civimail (che è parte di civicrm.org) usando come hosting bluehost.com

Cerco qualcuno che mi insegni come configurare CIVIMAIL (che è parte di civicrm.org) usando bluehost.com come hosting.
Il lavoro si esempio, verrà fatto su www.ho-re-ca.biz su cui è installato drupal 6.4 con civicrm 2.1 beta 3 la versione stabile ci sarà il 24 settembre
