Anche io ho qualche problemino con iexplore.exe... mi si apre in continuazione.. potete aiutarmi?!

Fixate le voci, effettua una scansione con SuperAntiSpyware e A-Squared "aggiornati"!

Fatto questo, riavvia il pc e posta un nuovo log con hijackthis!

sono ancora presenti spoolw.exe e igfxsvc.exe!!

Scarica Avenger!

Selezione la voce Input Script Manually,clicca sulla lente e fai un copia/incolla di questo script:

Files to delete:
C:\WINDOWS\system32\igfxsvc.exe
C:\WINDOWS\system32\spoolw.exeFatto questo, clicca su Done e poi sul semaforo verde!
Compariranno delle domande subito dopo, clicca sempre su Si e il pc verra' riavviato!

Posta poi nel forum, il log di avenger ---> C:\Avenger.txt !

Da questo deduco che lo Script che mi hai dato non ha superfunzionato... **
TUTTAVIA** sorgono ora due problemi molto più enormi quali: explorer.exe e iexplore.exe che non funzionano più, nè si avviano all'avvio nè in alcun modo riesco a farli partire..

Cito all'apertura tramite task:"Impossibile trovare il file "iexplore.exe". Verificare che il percorso e il nome del file siano corretti e ritentare. Per cercare un file fare clic sul pulsante Start, quindi scegliere Trova."

(Sto usando Firefox e lo ho aperto da Task Manager)

..Diciamo che posso comunque aprire i programmi che mi hai fatto scaricare in precedenza e tutti gli altri ad eccezione dei 2 sopracitati che sono però i fondamentali... Aka, sono rovinato... Che faccio?!!!

strano che avenger non ha eliminato igfxsvc.exe e spoolw.exe!!

Effettua una scansione in modalita' provvisoria, con Virit "aggiornato" e posta qui nel forum il suo risultato!

L'unico che aveva dato una risposta sensata su iexplorer ( leofire) non lo avete badato tanto...
non è solo il browser, è anche il "sottofondo" di tutto windows... compreso il file manager e alcune funzioni del desktop... per forza se lo killate si riapre....

l'errore *Impossibile trovare il file "iexplore.exe" *dipende da igfxsvc.exe e spoolw.exe, che sono processi associati ad explorer.exe o iexplore.exe!

Effettua come ti ho suggerito una scansione con Virit "in modalita' provvisoria" e vediamo un po' cosa rileva!

l'errore è causato dal malware e non da explorer.exe o iexplore.exe!!

ho provato ad effettuare una scansione con Virit in modalità provvisoria e non mi ha trovato niente..

...Effettivamente andando a guardare in system32 spoolw.exe e igfxsvc.exe non ci sono più... sono spartiti!!

..Resta comunque purtroppo il fatto che explorer.exe e iexplore.exe non si avviano..

Vai su start ---> Esegui ---> Regedit ---> Cerca la chiave:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Image File Execution OptionsSono presenti queste sottochiavi?? > explorer.exe ed iexplore.exe
