    Supporto per problema cron jobs

    Salve a tutti, chiedo aiuto perchè non so come risolvere un problema con cron jobs, da ormai un po di giorni mi arriva questa email da cronjobs:

    il mio indirizzo ip non è segnalato in nessuna blacklist

    ho chiesto supporto all' hosting dove è appoggiato il mio sito e mi hanno scritto in inglese questo:

    It appears as though you are attempting to change directories upon going to that URL. For security purposes this is disabled. The cron job may need to be run a different way, otherwise what you are doing will not be possible.

    aiutatemi per favore [...] ho un sito di annunci e sono bloccato se cronjobs non lavora
