secondo voi è meglio che tenga 1 solo tag H1 oppure posso lasciare così.. Tutto ciò può incidere nel posizionamento?

Secondo me se ne hai un paio come nel tuo caso non è un problema.

La scelta dei titoli delle sezioni è ovviamente importante.
